Awareness of Choices

  1. What does my daily routine say about the life I am choosing?

  2. Are there areas of my life where I feel stuck or powerless? What choices am I making (or not making) in those areas?

  3. What habits, beliefs, or patterns are currently shaping my experience? Are they aligned with the life I want to live?

Clarifying Intentions

  1. If I could describe my ideal life in one sentence, what would it be?

  2. What values are most important to me, and how are they reflected in my current choices?

  3. What are three things I wish I had more of in my life? What choices could I make to bring those things closer?

Exploring Alignment

  1. How do my relationships reflect the life I am choosing? Are there any I need to nurture, redefine, or release?

  2. Am I spending my time in ways that align with my priorities? If not, where can I adjust?

  3. What does my relationship with money, health, or career say about the life I am choosing? What would I change if I were fully in alignment?

Embracing Change

  1. What small but impactful choice could I make today to align more closely with the life I want?

  2. What fears or limiting beliefs might be holding me back from choosing the life I truly want?

  3. How would my life change if I fully trusted my ability to choose what’s best for me?

Reflecting on Power

  1. What does it mean to me to “own” my choices? How do I feel about the power that gives me?

  2. In what areas of my life have I already made empowering choices? How can I build on those successes?

  3. When I reflect on my current life, what is one choice I am deeply proud of? How did it shape where I am today?
